About Us

Built in a small town

Mayberry Sales Group is a small town family owned manufacturer’s representative firm rooted in the foothills of North Carolina. This is home for us, and it shapes how we do business through hard work, showing up, following through, and treating people the right way.

With more than 50 years of combined HVAC/R experience, our team understands the industry because we have worked in the field, not just behind a desk. We have spent years on job sites and across warehouse counters, working alongside distributors, dealers, and contractors throughout the Carolinas and Tennessee. That hands on experience shapes how we represent our manufacturer partners and support the customers they serve. Our work goes beyond sales, focusing on product knowledge, training, and long term growth. From our small town roots to the partners we work with every day, we take pride in showing up, keeping our word, and helping our customers succeed.

MADE IN MAYBERRY

Based in Mount Airy, the hometown of Andy Griffith, we bring small town values and a straightforward approach to everything we do.

Our Story

Our Founder and father, Bob Bradley, began working in the HVAC industry in 1976 and founded Mayberry Sales Group in 2005. Though his sons once swore they would never join the family business, both John and Taylor eventually developed a deep appreciation for the trades and the honest, hands-on work behind them.

John Bradley joined in 2007 after leaving a general manager role in the pool and spa industry. Taylor Bradley followed in 2010, stepping away from residential construction and contracting. Together, they learned the business from the field up—through warehouses, job sites, and long days alongside customers.

In 2020, John and Taylor began taking over their father’s legacy, growing the company into a multi-state firm serving both large manufacturers and small startups. Today, Mayberry Sales Group remains family-run, now including the next generation, while staying rooted in small-town values, hard work, and long-term relationships.
