Kemp understands teamwork, preparation, and persistence, traits that show up daily in how he supports both customers and manufacturer partners. He has a proven ability to understand customer needs, deliver value added support, and represent manufacturers with professionalism and integrity.
Outside of work, Kemp is a husband and father of three who values spending time with family as much as time spent in the field. When he is not working, he enjoys fishing on his farm and watching sports, especially his kids. This balance of drive, integrity, and grounded values is what makes Kemp a trusted partner to customers throughout his territory
